With this simple task list template, you can keep track of your to do list and deadlines in excel. Use this to stay organized at work or in school so that you don’t lost track of your commitments. A status bar also makes it easy to see which tasks you have nearly completed.
Unlike most task lists, this one comes with a special feature- it will text you if you miss a deadline. So, you get a reminder of tasks if you accidentally forget about them. You can also configure the sheet so that it emails you or plays a sound if you miss your deadline. While the spreadsheet is free, you need the Spreadsheet Text Alerts plugin to manage texts and emails, which is available for a small fee.

Once you have the add in, you just need to download and install, and it will start working automatically with your template. Keep in mind excel does need to be open for the add in to send alerts.
