Get sound, email, and text alerts using the Spreadsheet Text Alerts add in. You can download it here:
Once it is downloaded, double click on the setup file. Ignore any warnings you see, then make sure you enable the add in inside of excel. You can do this by clicking on the “Developer” tab in excel, then clicking on “Add Ins”, and making sure the box next to “Spreadsheet Text Alerts” is ticked.
